This was my fourth visit to London, but the first time I visited the London Museum. In the past, I had thought it sounded boring and uninteresting to me. I typically look for museums with Tudor and Elizabethan artifacts. I decided I wanted to visit the London Museum because there were several Tudor knit caps I wanted to see. I was very pleasantly surprised! The museum is pretty awesome! The exhibits start about 450,000 years ago, and cover all of London's diverse history up until the modern day. The Roman artifacts, from when London was called Londinium were especially interesting. And there were a lot of Tudor and Elizabethan exhibits to look at as well! I especially liked the treasure trove of Roman jewelry and the Sutton Hoo treasure pieces!
